I've just visited the Russo and Steele web site and see that the 1965 K convertible went for $78,100. Barrett Jackson sold a 1965 A code GT Fastback for $60,000 not bad money.

About time the non-Shelby cars get some respect!

Richard - wasn't that a GT K code convertible that was advertised as a multiple MCA Gold winner?

Richard... I saw the A code when it sold. It was a very nice car. Actually it sold for 66000.00 with buyers' fee.

Yea, but lot #633 - '66 A code GT in a great color combo only went for $42K? I don't think that '65 was $20K better. The '66 is a car I know as it is local - wins all the time and is an awesome car. Price seems soft on that one.
Good thing he didn't sell the K code GT 'vert he still has in the garage - also a red '66 that wins shows every time.

Craig that was the 65 K GT vert that sold for 78K. I think I judged that car in 04 and it was a nice car. I saw the hammer drop on the A code GT Fastback at 60K. I didn't add the buyers or sellers premium when I posted about that car.
