Transmission

i do not have a K code toploader

missed that one on E Pay here a few weeks ago

have toyed w/the idea of the T-5

have any of you done this?

if so, what changes to the bell H

and drive shaft would be needed etc.

i do have a '71 4 spd toploader now

and plan to keep looking for a K code

which would be appropriate for Dec 19 '64

Dave, You might try contacting David Kee Top Loaders in Texas-he might be able to provide a correct transmission for you-as far as I am concerned he is the very best in the industry as far as Top Loaders go-he did my ORIGINAL (VIN stamped) one.

He has hd plastic cases that he sends empty and then you put your trans in it & send it to him for rebuild and he returns it the same way-David is VERY HONEST-my trans really didn't need much done and he said so the first time we talked!! GREAT GUY!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND!!

Big 10-4 on Bill Heely - he did my shifter. Impeccable!
