Yokohama AVID Touring White Wall Tire Pics

Hi all.

Here's the original discussion when I was buying the tires:

These tires make the kar drive so much better than the 185's I had on before. Some people have asked me for pics of these tires when on my kar, so here they are:

Look to be nice tires but I can't pull myself to putting made overseas tires on my pride and joy. For you guys over there in the land down under I guess overseas doesn't mean the same thing....

Everything is overseas for me <img src=images/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> There really weren't any options other than these at the time. Couldn't find a Diamond Back and Corker's were only Bias Ply, not radials, so Yokohama it was. They were made in the USA, so the K can live with it.

Thanks for posting. Nice "classic" look to those with an understaded sidewall and tread pattern. I have Yoks on my daily driver car and have always liked them. My car has Tiger Paw Uniroyals as seen in my signature.

I don't know. Car is in storage so no access here. I don't think either of those tires. I'm afraid they are about 13 years old and should be replaced.

I've got BF Goodrich Lifesaver WW's on mine. 205/70/14 I think (car is in storage). They've been there a long time but don't think Ill be able to get the same when the time comes. will have to pay close attention to what others are using....
