I have a nicely restored 4JC dated Fomoco distributor if you need it, but it's going to run you $500. I was saving it for my Shelby, but found a Nov. date that fit the car more closely.

No, it should not have the Oiling Hole provision.

The same guy who gave me the correct Autolite carb..Emailed me today and said oh I have a 4MA date code Dual Point..Do you want that to??I cant believe it!!
