I found a vin # on the tranny and it belongs to my car that is still at the shop so, I've decided not to sell the tranny. I do have one for $1200.00 that is rebuilt and ready to go. It is also a HEH-BX tranny.

I know what you mean... They are hard to find. I just got an email verifying that a vendor I contacted a few days ago has a HEH-BX with a C5AR Case and a C4ZR Tailhousing. Are these correct for my 66 K with a build date of Mar 2, 1966?

Yes, they are Gary. Check Page 64 of the 4th Edition...

Thanks Marv.... So all 1966 K codes got the HEH-BX? Doesn't matter as long as car was built on or after 10/1/64. Man, I have never been so confused with all the codes Ford used.

On Edit: HEH-BX delivered by UPS today.
