    302 Rods with 5/16th Bolts

    SpeedPro pistons with forged flat tops

    Dynamically and rotationally balanced

    Being as it has the correct main caps, it may possibly be a Hipo block. The seller actually did not advertise it as a Hipo short block but rather a Hipo block, I corrected that in the forum. It has a 302 crank and rods which are definitely NOT Hipo 289 items.
