The previous owner of this Mustang let us know that his father actually purchased this Ford back in the 80's. He would ride around in this '65 with his dad, creating lasting memories. After cruising it around for a few decades, his father decided to bring this Mustang back to life with a complete Nut and Bolt Restoration that was done by local experts here in the Metro-Detroit area! After it's completion, this Ford was passed down through the family, while also being meticulously cared for! Under the hood sits a Ford 289ci Hi-Po V8 Engine with an Autolite 4-Barrel Carburetor sitting on top. Power is sent to the rear tires through a Toploader 4-Speed Manual Transmission and a Ford 9'' Rear End with approximately 3.89:1 Gears and Limited Slip. This Ford is also equipped with Manual Steering and Manual Front Disc Brakes with Kelsey Hayes 4-Piston Calipers.
