The last listings of the registry are in the 289 High Performance Mustang book fourth edition by Tony Gregory. The book is now out of print. He feels that he owns the registry and is no longer keeping it up for unknown reasons. I do know that Tony Branda still has at least one available on Ebay if you do not have one:
