Ford original used 289 HiPo or K code dual point distributor. These are all mechanical advanced from the factory, notice that there is no provision for a vacuum advance? Housing has correct Ford part number C5OF-121321-B. Stamped C5OE-12127-E, FoMoCo and dated 5LC. Third week, November 1965. This has been in storage for years. Shaft turns by hand, but is stiff. Definitely should be professionally restored. I must declare that there is an ever so slight flat spot on the rim. Barely detectable, but I want to be completely honest in my descriptions. With the cap installed, it would not be noticeable. I am not even sure that it is detectable in the photos. Good date for a December or early January, K code Ford Mustang or Shelby GT-350.
