This is a NOS New Original Ford CLUTCH FORK for a 1965 1966 1967 Shelby GT350 Mustang Fairlane Falcon Comet 289 289HIPO Hi-performance Special V8 with 3 or 4 speed manual transmission. It is Ford part number C5OZ-7515-B and it includes a new retaining spring that connects the fork to the clutch pivot. It has been Obsolete from Ford for many years and is difficult to find.
