Klassified Guidelines

Hank, I just noticed that the Klassified Guidelines which we keep telling these guys to adhere to about posting prices is no longer Top Sticky. I found it and it was still sticky, but obviously not Top anymore- must have "timed out". Can you move it to the top again, I was unable to. Thanks.
