The classic pony is rare and up for auction.....This pony is a factory K-code meaning it came from factory with a High Performance 289-4v-V8..... VIN# matches title, door tag, drivers front fender as well as passengers front fender....The car was obviously restored back in the 80's / 90's by the previous owner.... The paint shows it's age and is a 10 footer at best and I would repaint if you want to take it to the next level of restoration...... The interior is in good shape as shown in pictures ...... This pony is loaded with many options such as rally pac, AC , powersteering, disc brakes, center console, fold down rear seat, etc ....... All interior guages show to be in working order as well as lights, blinkers, horn, wipers, radio, etc.....The 289 V8 engine starts right up and runs excellent....You can tell when driving that it's a K code and not a A or C code 289....Mustang is super fast and fun to drive...... A true blast to drive..... Can use as a daily driver or take it to the next level in restoration......This pony has an Automatic transmission in nice working order with no known issues....It came from factory with a 4-speed manual transmission but was converted to automatic years back by previous owner....... This mustang runs and drives great...... Get's plenty of thumbs up when you take this pony on the road... This pony rides on a set of mustang rims that are mounted on a nice set of white letter tires......We just had our mechanic go over the car and gave it a front end alignment..... Has a nice dual exhaust system that sounds nice ..... Undercarriage shows clean metal in nice shape.... Finding 1965 K code fastback's are very hard to do anymore....In summary this classic pony is a blast to drive and would make a great investment........ Let the pictures speak for themselves....
