I was told by someone locally that he turned down 12.5K

WOW - if he turned down 12.5k he needs his head examined!

Lots of rust repair needed - he should have taken the offer IMHO.

Only way to get this kind of money from eBay would be to part it out.....YIKES did I just say that?!@#$%

It's a lot of rust, but if it's a real matching numbers car, it's worth at least $10k.
