    A date coded NOS 4-speed carb which looked very clean and reportedly never run with gas sold on ebay recently for only $800. I can't access ebay from this computer, so sorry about not including a link.

    Two years ago, the gas to run through this carburetor was less than $2 a gallon. As much as we may think prices are high on things even now, we may look back on these days as "the good old days" two years from now.
