Carb Tag ( C40F K ). Second line of tag is ( A 3LB ) ( Fomoco) in script inside an oval is on top.Thanks.

OK...that tag is for a 1964 260 2V cubic inch V-8 with manual transmission. It is correct for Fairlanes, Comets, or Falcons (except the Falcon Sprints). Sort of "plain Jane" and ordinary, huh?
