Todays mystery involves the bracket inside the cluster opening. At first glance we thought someone cut this sometime in the cars life. Upon removing the cowl upper and lower it appears this was done at the factory as it is spot welded in place and would have had to be done at the factory as how could you possibly get in there. We compared it to the other car in the shop and it didn't have the two spot welds. Any idea's ?
