Autolite 4100 jets?

Hello all,

I've got a question about an original 66' Autolite 4100 carburetor. Have the carburetor off the Kar and would like to know the original sizes for the jetting? Primaries? Secondaries? And has anyone gone up a size? This is the original carburetor from the Kar, but not sure if the jets are the correct size, it's a 66' automatic.

The original C6ZF-F carb at 0-5,000 feet of altitude will have 50F in the primaries and 69F in the secondaries.

Thanks Fred, This is the same as in Tony's hipo book. But I have two 4100 carburetors; 1. 66' C6ZF-F with 44F and 50F, 2. 67' C6ZF-C with 48F and 52F in them. With both carburetors I have no reason to believe that they are not factory correct. Has anyone had other jets that believe that their Kar is factory with different jets then Tony's book states?

Both carburetors came from/on Dearborn Kars, 66'-67'..

I took my information from the Ford parts book and not Tonys book. I am at least glad that they agree. The Ford parts book also lists different jets for 5,000 to 10,000 feet and 10,000 to 15,000 feet. They basically go down 2 sizes on both primary and secondary for every 5,000 feet of altitude gain. The 44F primary jet size that you are listing is even too small for most standard 4V carbs below 5,000 feet and the secondaries do not start off that small for any 4V carb even above 15,000 feet. The 48F primary jets on the C6ZF-C are listed for 10,000 to 15,000 feet.
