Please help me deal with a hard headed KGT owner

I have a friend who has a 66 KGT koupe. Ever since he bought the car he has stated that it was built in Dec. 66. I have repeatedly corrected him and said it was built in Dec. 65. Today he called and wanted to know if I thought he could get a Marti Report since his car was built in the 67 model year. Here is the info on his kar.

Thanks for any help. He can be so hard headed. How would I register it in the K code registry for him. He dosen't have a computer.

Also I just found out that a 65 A code fastback I bought from him 12 years ago has had a fender replaced. How much do you think he owes me for diminished value?
