'65 Sway Bar end link kit

I am replacing the front (K code) sway bar end links.

I have the AMK F-2945 -NPD 5A486-1AK kit in front of me.

The bolt and spacer are longer by almost an inch over the set that I am removing.

Just spoke to NPD and was told that THIS kit IS CONCOURS CORRECT for my '65.

I checked on AMKs site and found a different part number.

NPD said they were discontinuing this kit from their inventory.

Trying to determine IF I have the correct kit for my Kar.

-Wonder why NPD is discontinuing a nice concours part?

Thanks Jim!! I found out with some more research that the one I have is for a FAIRLANE, I called NPD and told them that, they agreed and are sending me a correct set for my Mustang.-Thats why they are discontinuing the part...must not move too many....

Yea, Its all good as they say....I got the correct kit yesterday as promised by Glenn at NPD in Ocala, Fl-I'll return the Fairlane kit now-they sent the new kit out at N/C!!
