Has anyone recently had a steering box rebuilt by Precision Products in Texas?

Are they still operating because it doesn't seem possible to get through to them via email or telephone?

He rebuilt my PS set up this last Winter. When I would start to leave a message sometimes he would pick up. He is sometimes hard to catch.
