Finish on HYPO "Z" bar & bracket??

I need to know what the proper finish should be on my July 1965 "K" Convertible from the Dearborn plant for the "Z" bar and its bracket, as well as the linkages both top and bottom and the spring as well. Thanks!

The frame bracket and bushing stud should be zinc plated(silver). The top adjustment arm that is threaded was natural steel, same as the Z-bar. The spring should be black and the non-adjustable '65 push pin could be zinc or natural steel.
