Tie down brackets

Can someone post a picture of what the correct tie down brackets for an Early 65 (Sept 64)Dearborn should have come with?

Wonderful, thanks a ton. It seems I got the wrong style, they bolt up and will work for for now. Need to find a correct pair when show time.

You can always leave them off since dealers were suppose to remove them . Some did some didn't
