Try John Wyss at the Damper Doctor:

Last time I was in his shop I think he actually had one on the shelf. (I believe it was a Shelby item.)

Thanks for the tip but e-mailed them and they said they had nothing so it must have gotten sold but didn't ask for your guy?

I heard somewhere that the damper doctor is almost finished with a very acurate repro of this balancer, IIRC it will be around $400.00
