Update on the 67' convertable K.
Engine is back and is bored .030 over. The crank just needed to be polished. We had a special cam ground for the supercharger, and will still use the soild lifters. Pistons are 9.5 to 1 compression. The engine will go back together next week.
The trans was checked out and we needed to put in some sychronizers. The biggest issue was dirt build up in the case. Unlike the engine the trans looked like it had been opened at least once before.
The panels are now on, but there is a lot of fitting to do.
When I got home today and checked my email I had a real treat. Kris Anderson, the second owner of the 67 vert sent me this little clip of the car. Note the CB antenna. Thanks Kris.
