• Had owned it and somehow lost interest due to later models....

Since owning my 64.5 07K for many years, the above 09K and

the present 07K never crossed paths tho I did keep the 09K's

Az. personalized plate, it would be nice to reacquire the fb.

The last I heard, it was somewhere in Ca. as a hulk w/o any of

it's HiPo parts. Would anyone have more info leading to it's

    present location?

    Thanks.

  • PEEP! Gerald was right. I reckon your original post was one I hadn't read. As we used to say in Vietnam 'Sorry about that'.

Seriously, I did have success in mid 1999 locating a '71 Corvette I had bought new in Riverside CA. The drill was (at that time) to send to the DMV Sacramento, the VIN and a $5.00 fee with a request for the name of the current California owner of record. Some weeks later I received a computer printout with the current owner's name, sans their address. Did a white pages computer search which located a match in southern CA. Gave them a call and sure enough they had the car.

The DMV address on the printout is; PO Box 944247, Sacrament CA, 94244 2470.

    Hope this helps.

  • peep! Any louder and my 3 thomits will jump into

    hunting mode....!

In S. Korea, 70-71, we had the same saying but we

shortened it to S.A.T...almost like text messaging

    now.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll have to see if

the address will find the old hulks resting place.

Do you still have the drivetrain/parts of it: I

suspect you've put it to use by now or sold it?
