Pitted Vent Window Frames

Scott Drake does not manufacture the vent window frames or the complete assemblies. They are imported pieces from someone else. There is only one manufacturer that I am aware of, but I cannot be 100% sure on that.

I cannot speak for the complete assemblies, but we do handle the chrome frames themselves. They look okay-not too bad. We have sold quite a few to a restoration shop, and they have had no problems.

That said, honestly, if I were building a high end car to keep, I would have some originals rechromed. Just make sure they do not remove (polish/grind away) the little detail in the corner. For anything else, the repros should be fine.

SAVE YOUR OLD , JUST HEARD A FRIEND HAD TO USE SOME OF TRACK PCS SO WINDOW WOULD ROLL UP AND DOWN AS WHAT EVER NEW PC WAS IT MADE IT VERY HARD TO ROLL WINDOW UP AND DOWN
