Spark Plugs with Pertronix setup?

I am going to install a Pertronix ignitor, Flame Thrower coil and the Flame Thrower 7.0mm Stock Look plug wires. From doing a search on spark plugs, I believe I read that all spark plugs are now the resistor type. I remember using resistor plugs once in my HiPo many years ago by accident (with points) and as the engine started to warmed up, it begin to miss like crazy (I guessed that plug wires had a lot more resistance then).

Pertronix says to use the manufacturers recommended spark plug and gap. Are non-resistor BF-42’s still available from Motorcraft or Autolite or an equivalent? What are you guys using with this kind of Pertronix setup?

I briefly ran a Pertronix setup some years ago and used Autolite 45's without issues.

I have Motorcraft BSF42C plugs with a Pertonix, stock style wires, and a high voltage coil, (non Pertronix, no problems. They do not make a BF42 now.
