Welcome Frank!
Thanks for your service! Who were you with in VN?
I flew hueys from 84-92, but a little later service date than you.
You were buying hipo's when the rest of us had no idea what a k code Fairlane or Mustang was!
I posted some pics of my previous hipo Mustangs, but currently built and driving an FE Dual Quad 427 MR Side Oiler, 67 GT 500. First big block and man is it fun.

Pretty amazing. So many have long given up hope of reuniting with their original engine. Good job, hope that he replies.

Hey Guys,
I no longer own these k codes, but with fond memories and lots of sweat equity passed them on to happy new owners...

Nicely done. Thanks and glad the HiPo eKchange is back! No K code in the corral at the present time, but hopefully in the near future.

Hello Michel,
Nice to hear from you. I wondered where you had disappeared to. Glad to know that you are back in Holland and enjoying family and driving that beautiful raven black K code.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for your kind words. I want someone to be as equally informed and ecstatic as I was when I purchased the car two years ago. Out of fairness to all involved, I will not end the auction early, but you are more than welcomes to bid and give me a call to discuss the details. 832.407.8108.

I placed my fastback on eBay if you guys would like to take a look.
It is a good quality car, purchased from the original owner. It is not at concours level, but it is not pieced together either. Factory GT, K code with Silver Blue paint.

Hello Mike,
Welcome back to the good ole USA. I got back from Baghdad in Feb.
I want to vouch for this car as I have driven it and she runs as great as she looks! I cannot believe you are selling it. Good Luck.

Beautiful car - Good luck with the sale. Would you mind sending me a pic of the Buck tag? I have a tag on my Metuchen built car and would like to compare the details. barinbag@yahoo.com

Hello Bob,
You signed my copy at the National Mustang Show in Franklin, Tennessee on September 4, 1998. I took my son, my book and a ton of hi po and boss parts. We had a great time. I recommend your book and the 289 hipo book to everyone that I meet with an interest in Mustangs and Fords.
Good Luck!

I tried painting on several occasions with no luck. I stopped in Pascagoula last week and dropped off the stock exhaust at Jet-Hot. They will media blast, coat with ceramic (inside and out) and then paint a natural gray to the finish. I checked Fed Ex ground and they should be delivered today!
