Having problems getting copy of 4th edition book!

Has anybody else paid for the K-code 'bible' book and have not received it? It's been a few weeks without any response since I paid for it and have emailed website numerous times without any response. Not trying to cause any problems just would like to get the book.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

John, sorry for the inconvenience, but I did not receive a Notification of Payment Email from PayPal. This rarely happens, but I've had a few problems of this type over the years. Anyway, the book will be shipped tomorrow and should arrive in WI in 2-3 days. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Regards, Marv.
