I have searched the archives but not found this: what is the max lift you can do with stock valves and pistons, assuming heads were not cut? I see the LeMans cam had .510 lift, was it a direct swap?
I have looked into the new "Thumpr" cam from comp cams.
They say it is streetable but has the 'big cam' sound you want. Lift is not over .500 in the street verion.
