Here is an Ebay auction for a set of used Hipo main bearing caps, Boss 302 rods, upper and lower crank sprockets and counterweight by Ebay member "mabu8414" with a Buy-It-Now of $3,500.00:
Offered as a complete lot of hard-to-find Ford small-block performance engine parts. Includes 289/302 Boss connecting rods, a set of 289 HiPo main caps, and a 289 HiPo crankshaft counterbalance weight with sprocket as shown.
The parts have been stored for some time and are being sold strictly as FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. Overall condition is unknown. There is some surface / deep rust and orange/brown discoloration on portions of the parts from storage. I have not had these components professionally inspected, measured, magnafluxed, or tested, so I am making no claims regarding straightness, cracks, dimensions, wear, or serviceability. They may require cleaning, inspection, machining, rebuilding, or other work before being put into service.
This is a very nice collection of hard-to-find Ford performance components and would be an excellent starting point for someone assembling a correct 289 HiPo/Boss-style engine or looking for these components individually.
