These are the correct parts for a radiator from a 1964 or 1965 Ford Mustang with a 289 HiPo (K Code) and 4 speed transmission, including Shelby GT350. They are from a radiator produced be West Modine (W-MO) in August 1964 (8 64).

There are some small dents in the top (see pictures), and these parts need to be cleaned. The parts are being sold as is.
