This is a really tough transmission to locate for the 64 1/2 five bolt blocks. I have only seen two others of these.
Is there a VIN stamped on this one?

Couldn't find one. Where would it be?
If it was a San Jose Kar, they only built them for about 2 weeks before the 1965 changeover, it would be on the bottom rear tab on the main case. If it was a Dearborn unit, it would be near the drain plug on the main case. In either instance it would be a complete and NOT a partial VIN.
