Here we have a 1966 Shelby "Cobra" GT350 Intake Manifold for a HiPo 289. This original piece was the chosen item for Carroll Shelbys early race cars. This unit has a higher plane, as Ford's designers intended this to be a high-performance application bringing instant horsepower when bolted on and properly equipped with a 4 barrel carburetor.

This intake has been cleaned, and lightly detailed, and is ready to install. This has seen very little use in its life, and we find no signs of cracks, welds, or other repair work. In addition, all of the attaching points such as on the thermostat housing and the carburetor plane are in good condition. It will also work for any of Ford's small block applications such as a common 289, 302, or 5 liter for those who are shying away from fuel injection. A rare original piece for an original American classic!

Why buy a repro when for the same kind of money you can own an original?
