How to deal with images and image directories?

· Avatars (for forum only or share w/ trends/ads)

· Personal images (number/size per reg level, obfuscate?)

· Registered kars – obfuscated VIN directory; when NIR, add from post

· online kars – register, follow registered Kars

· Member parts (number per ad?, put in personal folder?)

In the DB there will be three tables that affect ownership of a Kar.

· Kars – has all the VIN/Kar-specific data (doesn’t have to be owner i.e., prev entries that have no owners)

· Users – membership data (don’t have to own a kar)

· Owners – link table to Kars and Users, shows mileage, vehicle condition, date (a snapshot in time)

What are updates and what are new entries to the registry?

Which updates to existing owners become new entries in that table?

Make access to premium features variable option

If ($userLevel > $someFeature) { grant access;
