Last I know of the Kar was in Kansas in 1991. I have written the dept. of motor vehicles. Any help would be very much appreciated.

You might need the VIN # to get much further.

Oops, you /did give that, didn't you? You say it was last SEEN in Kansas in '91?

In the registry it says the car was last seen in CO. So I got ahold of them and they said that the Kar was sold into Kansas in 1991.
