Up for bids is this 1965 ford fairlane K code car. This is a true K code car and not a clone or anything like that. These are rare to find in a 1965 model since they didn't make this body style but one year anyway. The body, interior pieces, stainless steel pieces, body molding pieces are all here for it. I also have the correct seat for it and the correct steering wheel for it as well. I have taken pictures of everything that I have extra for it. I also have the correct hub caps and a better grille for it. The body is fairly straight and solid on it. There is a dent at the bottom of the drivers lower quarter. It is an easy fix but it is dented. Other than that the body is straight and would be an easy fix. The frame, floors, trunk floor, and engine compartment area are all in good shape. This would be an easy project for someone that wants to build a rare high dollar car once completed. As for the drivetrain this is what will come with the car. There is a four speed top loader in the car now with a 289 or a 302 four barrel engine in it. I also have the correct 289 hipo heads, the correct exhaust manifolds, fan and I am supposed to have the correct intake. I was also told that I have the correct valve covers and air breather even though someone put a 351 sticker on the air breather. I have a 289 mexican hipo block, a 289 block with all the internal pieces for a 289 hipo engine. I have enough stuff to build a 289 hipo motor. Some of numbers would match and some of them would not but you could build a 289 hipo motor anyway. If you have any questions or need more pictures just let me know. Also if you need any numbers off the parts just let me know and I will get them for you. This would make one bad muscle car once it was restored. You would have a one of a kind.
