This is a very nice solid southern 1965 K code mustang. this car has very little rust and should not need any panel replacement. the interior will need a complete restoration. the engine sounds strong but due to fire will have to have engine harness replaced. the last owner had the car parked next to a building when the grass cough fire, causing the heat damage to the paint on the passenger side. it looks like someone then started to strip the paint form the damaged areas. The head liner is good and car did not have any other damage except for paint and melted front engine harness. I have a new harness that is included with the car.
This car was originally a 4spd car but was changed over to an automatic. The engine is not the original motor, the rear end is a 9" and car does have front disc brakes. Was converted to a Shelby clone a long time ago and has what looks to be an original Shelby plate but is not stamped it also has under ride traction bars.
