1965 “K” Code Mustang Fastback: 289 4-V with toploader close ratio 4-speed transmission. 9" rear end with 3:89 gears. Blue with white Shelby stripes. Has many original Shelby parts. Including 66 wood steering wheel, Ray Brown Shelby seat belts, 66 rear quarter windows, early 65 Shelby aluminum intake manifold, buddy bar Cobra aluminum valve covers, original 66 fiberglass hood with steel frame, side scoops with functional brake cooling ducts, over ride rear traction bars, original Koni shocks, 2 ½" big rear brake drums, and Kelsy Hayes front disc brakes, 67 Shelby Magstar wheels. Car runs and drives fine. VIN 5R09K149527 Car was purchased in 1974 as a “real” Shelby. Further research shows it to be a “K” code with lots of original Shelby parts. For more info.
