Need advice on T5 hard shifting

My other fastback is an A code Shelby clone with a T5 5 speed in it.

My problem is that 4th and 5th are really hard to engage/disengage.

1st 2nd and 3rd are fine.

I believe it has a stock shifter in it.

Any ideas?
