Anybody NEED early '65 foldown assembly?

I am presently removing my rear fold down from my early '65. The interior has the original covers and are in great shape with no rips, tears, mice, mold, etc. These are early style with no provisions for seat belts. They were originally green and are now dyed black. Would need to be freshened up with new dye to be perfect. Not sure I want to sell, but to follow the rules I'll post a price - $1000 OBO for the complete assembly with all original/working components including latch. Hinge chrome all original with average pitting. Should be replated for a show winning car. I don't think you can find these seat covers anymore as the reproductions have seat belt provisions.
