Tri-Y headers 65/66 GT350
I just ordered another minimum order 5 sets of flanges for our concourse headers. We have three orders so the other sets will be extras. It will take 4-6 weeks before they are available. These are premium hand crafted headers we have made to original specs using a steel jig fixture. The flanges are one piece precision cut to correct thickness and machine beveled in the lower left corner like the originals. Collector flange is also made to same size and thickness. Tubing is mandrel bent steel cut and chamfered to correct size using miter box and original gauge steel tubing. All welds are done the same as originals with welding on the inside of the head flange as per original specs. All bolt holes are clearanced for box wrench use on the original size header bolt. If you want $175 headers these aren’t for you. These are sweat the details concourse type headers made for the purist who wants his car to be as close to original as possible.
