This is the correcet bracket and adjusting arm for all vehicles optionally equipped with alternators before 1965, Ford standardized vehicles with alternators in 1965. Please see Bob Mannel's "Mustang & Ford, small block V8" book (4J4 4-53) for reference. This is a very rare assembly. $425 + shipping, I also have the correct alternator rubber dust / splash shield and correct early hipo alternators (with press on hipo pulley) available seperately. This bracket will also accept all standard alternators used on small block Ford products.
