C30E Hipo Balancer

I have a very nice C30E (L3 date code) Hipo balancer I would like to sell. I had this balancer completely restored (have receipt) and it's sat on the shelf ever since. This balacer has a very nice finish and has not been abused in any way (still shows machining marks on the outside diameter. $500 + shipping
