7Exx FOMOCO distributor found in the 271 hp engine sale, early 1966.
will swap with a 1966 FOMOCO 271 hi-po distributor
Similar to the engine, LIKE NEW. Seems like most of my parts/engines come from cars which were rear ended and low miles. I did or do collision work + shoot Sikkens for decades, I knew CT, NJ & LONG ISLAND with the right semi-dealers. Very important.
Engine assembly was fun, everything std, OEM cast FOMOCO pistons, bearings, 1" of wheel bearing grease, unfortunately lost most of the orange paint on the rotating assembly.
Found some on the Bell Housing! Left it.
cast iron water pump was nice too.
