What are they worth?

Hi Guys,

I have a '65, 6-bolt, standard bore, 289 block without main caps. The block was cast on May 20th of 1965 (5E20) and it appears to have been hot tanked, honed (absolutely no ridge in upper cylinder walls) and then coated with an excellent rust preventative. Here's a link to a picture of the casting date. I have someone that is interested in it, but I don't know what a fair asking price is.

Does it have a K code VIN on it? If not, and no hi-po main caps, just another run of the mill 289. Probably worth $100-250 as a core.

There is no VIN stamping on the block; IMHO, it's just a standard bore, 6-bolt, 289 block. Thank you for the estimate on its value; I really appreciate it.
