This Kar cries out for a thorough prepurchase inspection.
The distributor is not correct having a vacuum advance. The steering wheel is incorrect for the interior as it should be woodgrain and the fuel pump is the 1965 style. It has an automatic transmission block plate. It has standard style 1965 engine mounts. It is missing the backup lights which are standard in 1966. Possibly has an 8 inch rear end but the pictures are not that clear. These are just the quick and easy things to see.

New Old Stock - Genuine Ford - Accessory Back up Lamp Switch Kit for the 1965 Mustang with the 4 speed manual transmission.
This original FoMoCo Ford switch kit is in very good - NOS - condition. It consists of the switch with wiring & attached bracket. The wiring ends in a male/female connector. The wiring is flexible - no cracks. A FoMoCo paper tag marked C4ZA-15546-A is in place on the wiring. The bracket is stamped "FoMoCo". There is also a double wiring assembly approx. 54" long - each end having a male/female connector. This wiring also has a paper FoMoCo tag - it is marked C4ZB-15525-B. This wiring is also flexible - no cracks. This switch has never been installed in a vehicle. Original paper FoMoCo parts bag included - bag has holes in it.

New Old Stock - Genuine Ford - Accessory Back up Lamp Switch Kit for the 1965 Mustang with the 4 speed manual transmission.
This original FoMoCo Ford switch kit is in very good - NOS - condition. It consists of the switch with wiring & attached bracket. The wiring ends in a male/female connector. The wiring is flexible - no cracks. A FoMoCo paper tag marked C4ZA-15546-A is in place on the wiring. The bracket is stamped "FoMoCo". There is also a double wiring assembly approx. 54" long - each end having a male/female connector. This wiring also has a paper FoMoCo tag - it is marked C4ZB-15525-B. This wiring is also flexible - no cracks. This switch has never been installed in a vehicle. Original paper FoMoCo parts bag included - bag has holes in it.

Here we have an original 14 inch Air Breather Base and double dimpled Chrome Lid for a 64-66 HiPo 289 Mustang or 67 & Litre Galaxie. You will find these pieces to be far heavier in design than the reproduction models and when properly restored, to be exact in every detail for that classic original restoration. Real deal parts are hard to find & yes the extra pictured are for sale.
We feel that in the condition we are offering this item, that if you have an unrestored or Driven Class, the condition of this unit will probably be acceptable, although if yours is a Concours or Thoroughbred you will probably rechrome and repaint. Original parts for original cars, can't do any better than that, can you? Let us know if you need a single part or have another need.

Here is an Ebay auction for a used C3OE Hipo harmonic balancer by Ebay member "mustangmasters428" with a starting bid of $1,395.00:
Here we have a 1965 66 or 67 hard to find factory original C3OE 289 High Performance Harmonic Balancer. The Ford engineers felt it necessary to add the extra balancing to their 271 horsepower 289 Hipo 4-barrel powerhouse. These hard charging motors received heavy duty rods and special crankshaft which demanded a thicker, heavy-duty balancer for this high revving motor. A signature item of all 289 HiPo's, Ford also carried this design into their 68 J code 302 4v's which were used in GT 350 Shelby's changing nothing but the part number and adding proper timing marks. This item is also correct for a 68 GT 350 Shelby, and would make a good spare if not replacing your original unit.
This part is an original C3OE not the later C8OE-6316-A offered by Ford as a service replacement part after they depleted their stock of original C5OE's. Coming to you in good used condition free of gouges or stripped threads and rubber in good shape, we feel this unit will make a great addition or replacement for your worn or tattered original and will bolt right on with no modifications and perform as originally designed. Whether as a spare, or as a replacement to get your car on the road, don't let this one get away as these are getting hard to find!
