Yes a little off topic. I was just pointing out the differences in the rear metal build and that it should be easy to spot a T code that has been modified -- completely missed the point that a T code 6 cylinder would never have had duals or a 9"!

Congrats on the car I also knew of this car in the 1980s and became interested in hipos after seeing it. I have a kcode fastback that has the fender vin double stamped with a partial no 5r-9kxxxxxx and directly below is the correct 5r09kxxxxxx I'm glad to see your car has survived it's the real deal tony gregory and I looked at it way back. good luck Jim
