Here we have a rather rare item, a Fresh Air Vent useable for a Heater box delete assembly for a 64-66 Shelby Clone Mustang or Falcon. This original Air Duct with door is paired with a aftermarket heater control dash blank-out plate. This item was used to reduce the weight of these early high-performance cars by replacing the heavy heater blower and related items with this light, fiberglass and metal assembly. The plastic dash blank-out plate was made to replace the cable control to finish out the look allowing you to remove the now-useless heater controls from your dash.
All pieces are in good condition, with a few easily repaired blemishes. The fiberglass on the box is intact and the door is easily opened. The plastic dash blank-out plate and the finish on both are in good condition with no damage. Ready to install with no work needed this is ready to go kit for that driver Shelby GT 350 Mustang or Falcon stock car owner.
