I purchased these are All Fords Carlisle many years ago.

Seller told me they are NOS, but I have no way to verify this.

Overall, they look in nice condition and do not appear to have ever been used or at least restored to look new

I have the frame mounts that plan to list here on ebay soon. I want to clean them up first.

Most people on this forum will already know that this group of parts is improperly represented on Ebay.

I did contact the seller on Ebay with the following message:

"These insulator assemblies are for 63/65 Fairlanes. The only pieces that are correct for a Hipo Mustang application are the upper brackets that attach to the engine and the upper round insulators. The lower pyramid shaped insulators are similar, but incorrect for a Mustang. The lower frame brackets are for Fairlane only as are all of the bolts."

This was the sellers response:

"Those pyramid insulators are correct for 64 - 65 hipo mustang and Shelby"

This is my current response with pictures I attached of the two different NOS mounts that I have to show the seller the difference:

"As I stated, the pyramids are similar but incorrect. I just took pictures of my NOS pyramids for you which I have attached. The first and second picture have the Fairlane above and the Mustang below.The third picture is Fairlane and fourth picture is Mustang. If it is any consolation, the Fairlane pyramids were used in the 289 Cobras along with the bolts, upper insulators and brackets. Please keep in mind that I was a Ford parts manager for many years with over 50 years of Ford parts experience. You can call me if you like."

I have not heard anything since nor has there been any change to the auction.
